Mark has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and investments. Prior to Oxean, Mark served as Managing Partner & Eurasia Leader at PwC, where he provided financial advisory services&investment counseling for leading media and advertising networks. He also founded PwC Center for Technology and Innovation that focuses on finding start-up financing for prospective early-stage enterprises. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, passed the New York State CPA exam in 1998.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuation and investments. Before joining Oxean Michael led valuation, transformation, acquisition, carve out, and capital project engagements for PwC throughout Eurasia. Michael began his PE career in 1998, and has invested with funds in the US, UK, and Central Asia. He is an alumnus of Haverford College, holds an MBA from the American Graduate School, and the PMP certificate. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Alec is a corporate finance specialist with 20+ years of VC, PE, RE & IB experience. He advised on $500 mln worth M&A & IPO deals as part of UBS Warburg and Dresdner Kleinwort investment banking teams. In total he invested over $200 mln in PE/VC deals and managed over $1 bln AUM. He holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
